The Auburn basketball team received fantastic news from their highest-ranked transfer addition during a significant roster makeover following a remarkable season and Final Four appearance. Keyshawn Hall, a guard/forward who transferred from UCF in early April, has decided not to enter the NBA draft. He will instead concentrate on getting ready for the Tigers’ 2025–2026 campaign.
When Hall logged on to the portal in early April, he declared for the draft. He probably didn’t declare with the intention of being picked, but rather to obtain input from NBA staff. He was the Big 12’s top scorer the previous season, and 247 Sports ranked him as the 20th best transfer overall this cycle.
Last season, Hall averaged 18.8 points, 7.1 rebounds, and 2.4 assists per game while playing for the Knights. He also shot 35.4 percent from three-point range and 42.7 percent from the field.
During the Final Four, Auburn assistant Steven Pearl stated, “He can play 2 through 5,” according to Auburn Undercover. “A few years back, at UNLV, he played five when he weighed 300 pounds. He has advanced to a power forward, small forward. His versatility allows him to do a wide range of tasks for us on both ends of the court. His game has changed with time, as you can see. He can put the ball on the floor and do things with it that most men can’t do, making him a gifted scorer.”

This summer, Auburn basketball has added a number of transfer newcomers, including Hall. Following Chad Baker-Mazara’s unexpected entry into the transfer portal, Tahaad Pettiford, who is still eligible but is experimenting with the NBA Draft, may be the only member of the Tigers’ Final Four team to return.
