Duke stormed back to prominence in 2024-25 under third-year head coach Jon Scheyer, finishing a 35-4 overall and 19-1 in ACC play to take the regular-season title.

The Blue Devils won the ACC Tournament before embarking on a long NCAA run, finally reaching the Final Four for the first time since 2022.

Even though Duke’s youthful core led them to success, all five of its starting players—Cooperation Flagg, Kon Knueppel, Khaman Maluach, Tyrese Proctor, and Sion James—have either gone pro or left the program.

The 247Sports Composite ranks 6-foot-5, 185-pound shooting guard Rosario, a graduate of Moravian Prep in Hudson, North Carolina, as the No. 3 talent in his home state and the No. 14 shooting guard and 97th overall recruit in the country.

Rosario scored 28 points (6-for-8 from three) in one session and 19 in another during the second Nike EYBL practice.

He has continuously attracted the notice and offers of high-major schools on the spring tour, including Florida State, Tennessee, Baylor, BYU, and South Carolina.

Along with his twin brother Cayden, touted big man Iffy Ufochukwu, and freshly committed four-star center Dame Sarr, Scheyer has already added five-star forward Cameron Boozer.
