The Mets revealed Carson Benge’s inclusion on the Opening Day roster prior to Thursday’s game.
“Carson Benge will be the Mets Opening Day right fielder 👏,” the MLB reported on March 23.
After just 90 Triple-A at-bats, MLB’s No. 16 prospect will make his debut after hitting.366 with an OPS of.874 during Spring Training. 👀
