A forward for Auburn, will play again in 2026–2027.
On Friday morning, the show formally announced his choice. He is one of three players who have formally committed to coach Steven Pearl for an additional year, along with guards Simon Walker and Kevin Overton.
Williams-Adams, a 6-foot-8 forward from Houston, played in all 38 of the Tigers’ games as a freshman. He started 21 games and averaged 27.4 minutes per game. Williams-Adams averaged 7.0 points, 3.5 rebounds, 1.5 assists, 1.2 steals, and 0.8 blocks per game. He made 12 triples and had a 51% field goal percentage.

Last season, Auburn finished 22–16. The Tigers missed the NCAA Tournament in Pearl’s first year in charge of the school, but they successfully overcame that setback and won five straight games to win the NIT Championship.
“With our performance in the NIT, we have shown what we are capable of. After the NIT victory, Williams-Adams stated, “I think that’s important for us, looking at what our next chapter is,” according to AL.com. It’s critical to acknowledge that this core won the NIT collectively. With a roster that lets us know what we have, what could we do? We may simply add components to make it look better.
