Auburn is actively constructing its roster for 2026–2027, and portal season is well underway.
Steven Pearl’s team revealed another addition on Tuesday. A transfer from South Alabama, has joined the Tigers.

A 6-8 forward, is notable for being a good scorer from beyond the arc. Olsen started 32 games as a junior in 2025–2026 and shot 39.1% from three-point range, setting a school record with 102 3-pointers. With an average of 16.7 points and 4.1 rebounds per game, he was named to the second team of the Sun Belt.
Pearl posted on social media, saying, “We’re incredibly excited to welcome Adam Olsen to our program.” Adam is among the top three-point shooters in all of college basketball, and he possesses what I would call a superpower. He can make it if he sees it. Adam, who is 6’8″ and has a fast, high release, will regularly get clean looks in an offense that has increased our players’ makes and shooting percentages year after year.
Adam is more than one-dimensional. He is a real three-level scorer who can attack downhill and make mid-range shots. He can also finish by making contact at the rim with his body. He is a matchup problem for opposition defenses due to his versatility. Adam is eager to demonstrate his versatility on defense. He can guard several spots and make plays on that end of the court because to his size and length.
“He’s prepared to work hard in the weight room with Coach D and continue to grow on the court with our staff, making this the best summer of his career. We are eager for Adam to arrive on campus and start working. “War Eagle!”
