The Seattle Seahawks have officially signed Jalen Milroe to a rookie contract.
NFL insider Adam Schefter reports that Milroe and the Seahawks have agreed to a four-year contract for $6.26 million, which includes a $1.19 million signing bonus. Following Seattle’s selection of the former Alabama quarterback with the 92nd overall choice in the 2025 NFL Draft, this arrangement was reached.
In 2024, the Katy, Texas native had a career-high 3,570 yards of total offense and 36 total touchdowns, including a career-high 20 running scores. He has started two seasons behind center in Tuscaloosa.
As he adjusts to the NFL and learns from Seahawks veteran quarterback Sam Darnold as a rookie in 2025, Milroe now tries to introduce this similar dynamic to the Seattle offense under second-year head coach Mike Macdonald.
