According to Football Insider, interested clubs West Ham and Brentford are unlikely to meet Jack Clarke’s £20 million valuation in the January transfer window. Sunderland are in the hunt for a play-off spot in the 2023-24 season – but Clarke’s goals are crucial to Michael Beale’s side potentially winning the fight for promotion. Clarke, who signed a permanent agreement with the Wearside club in 2022, is under contract at the Stadium of Light until June 2026.
