Tua Tagovailoa has earned a high level of trust from the Miami Dolphins.

They’ve remained with him through thick and thin, shutting down all outside criticism and reaffirming their commitment to him as their franchise quarterback.
Notably, he has Dan Marino’s approval, which is all that should matter to their supporters.

Speaking with Adam Schein on Mad Dog Sports Radio, the great quarterback stated that he believes the Dolphins can win the Super Bowl with Tua as their quarterback.

“He just needs to continue to grow and I think he has done that,” Mr. Marino said.

When asked what he needed to take the next step, Marino stated that all he needed to do was continue to grow and learn, which he has done every season.

Marino noted that Tua is coming off the best season of his career, and that, while he did not want to make excuses for him, the squad struggled with injuries later in the season.

The former quarterback believes the Dolphins must surround Tua with the proper people while also getting healthy, and he is confident in his ability to do so.

Tua’s numbers were impressive last season.

He wasn’t simply passing the ball down to Tyreek Hill or Jaylen Waddle; he was fitting it into tight holes and letting it fly with deep throws.

His record against winning teams and in the cold will remain a question mark, but he has improved in practically every aspect of his game in each year he has been in the league, so there are grounds to be optimistic about his future.
