Although the Tennessee Volunteers had been interested in Juke Harris for a while, it turned out to be a drawn-out procedure. Chris Low of On3 stated on Sunday night that Harris was anticipated to make a commitment very soon.

As Rick Barnes and his team continue to build the Vol_Hoops squad, it’s good to catch up with him tonight on The RTI Low-Down. There are a lot of established scorers on the team, not to mention Juke Harris, who I anticipate joining the Vols in the near future,” Low wrote.

For the second week in a row, Low hinted that Harris was getting close to making a Tennessee choice. Harris joined the Vols’ sizable transfer class by formally announcing his commitment to Rocky Top on Monday morning.

According to Joe Tipton, Juke Harris, a transfer guard from Wake Forest, has committed to Tennessee. According to On3’s transfer portal rankings, Harris is the top player.

This spring, head coach Rick Barnes has been incredible, assembling what may be the best transfer portal class he has ever had at Tennessee. Following inconsistent offensive output in previous seasons, increasing offensive output was a top focus. The Vols now have the top-ranked transfer portal class after adding Harris.

On Monday, May 4, Tennessee basketball added Wake Forest guard Juke Harris to their already impressive transfer portal collection. Last season, Harris averaged 21.4 points, 6.5 rebounds, and 1.9 assists per game on 44.4% shooting, making him the No. 2 overall player in USA TODAY’s transfer portal rankings. He toured Michigan and North Carolina, but he ultimately decided on the Vols. According to Austin Curtright of USA TODAY Sports, Harris’ dedication raises Tennessee’s portal haul to the top of the class rankings.

After the season ended, Barnes and his staff created their recruiting board, and it seems they have now crossed off almost every significant target. Harris finishes a transfer course that might not be complete.

A center might still be on the Vols’ radar as they seek to add players to their top portal class. Tennessee is probably not done making moves this offseason because Barnes still has resources at his disposal.
