Last season, Harris averaged 21.4 points, 6.5 rebounds, and 1.9 assists per game on 44.4% shooting, making him the No. 2 overall player in USA TODAY’s transfer portal rankings. He toured Michigan and North Carolina, but he ultimately decided on the Vols. According to Austin Curtright of USA TODAY Sports, Harris’ dedication raises Tennessee’s portal haul to the top of the class rankings.
After the season ended, Barnes and his staff created their recruiting board, and it seems they have now crossed off almost every significant target. Harris finishes a transfer course that might not be complete.
